Fit In is preparing to launch in Cyprus. Today this website collects a small amount of information so we can tell you when we go live, and so venues can apply to join the network. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the name, email address, city, and the "found us through" answer you submit. When you apply as a partner, we collect your venue name, contact name, phone number, work email, city, and venue type.
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about the Fit In launch, to answer your enquiry, and — for partner applications — to discuss listing your venue. We do not sell your information.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in our hosted database and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Sharing
We share information with the service providers that host our website, database, and email delivery, strictly so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Your choices
Every email we send includes a way to opt out. You can also email us to access, correct, or delete the details you gave us, or to withdraw your consent.
